HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sable Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
