HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Buffalo with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
