HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Ridge Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
