HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jackson region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
