HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
