HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cobalt Medical Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
