HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
