HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
