HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ivory Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
