HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Ashton Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
