HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
