HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Houston serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
