HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Summit Manufacturing is a Minneapolis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
