HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pike Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
