HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Buffalo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
