HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Junction Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
