HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Fern Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
