HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Junction Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
