HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Quill Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
