HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Sable Financial Group serves customers across Charleston with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
