HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
