HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Thistle Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
