HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Fern Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Atlanta presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
