HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Amber Property Management manages apartment communities around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
