HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Yarrow Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
