HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Quill Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
