HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Phoenix producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
