HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
