HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Amber Medical is a Denver company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
