HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Boston with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
