HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Ashton Hospitality Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
