HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Sable Staffing places workers with employers around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
