HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
