HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Hollow Telecom Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
