HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Ember Medical designs and makes medical devices in Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
