HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline Bright Staffing Group is a Minneapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
