HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Glen Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tucson. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
