HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Indianapolis area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
