HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Rowan Foods produces packaged foods at its Las Vegas plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
