HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ivory Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
