HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath North Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Madison caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
