HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Iron Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 355 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
