HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind River Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
