HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Ember Markets Group is a San Diego retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 899 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
