HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Quill Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
