HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Corner Pharma develops and makes medicines in Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
