HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline Keystone Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
