HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Toledo supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
