HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Greenridge Wren Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
