HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Timber Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
